  • Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and safe to service.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

Pricing and payment

  • Prices will be provided as a quote or estimate before work begins.

  • Final prices may vary if additional faults or required work are discovered during the service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled with little notice or if we arrive at the agreed location and are unable to complete the service due to customer circumstances.

 

Service limitations

While we aim to complete services efficiently and professionally, some repairs may require specialist equipment or workshop facilities. In such cases, we may advise that the vehicle be taken to a garage.

We are not responsible for faults or issues that arise from:

  • Pre-existing mechanical problems

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Issues unrelated to the service performed

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
